Should I choose Cherryvite Concentrate or Capsules?
Cherryvite Concentrate is a very powerful antioxidant and counts towards the 5-a- Day target. A 30ml serving diluted with water (we recommend 250ml) probably makes the most powerful antioxidant drink on the market (8260 ORAC units.
Some customers prefer the convenience of Cherryvite Capsules to get high quality Montmorency cherry compounds into their system. They are low in carbohydrate per capsule, do not need to be kept in a fridge and can be easily carried when travelling.

What is the best time of day to take Cherryvite to support sleep?
30 minutes before bedtime.

What is the best time of day to take Cherryvite for acid balance in the joints?
Anytime of the day.

What does it taste like? Is it THAT sour?
Actually Cherryvite isn’t really sour. It has a fresh, clean taste.

How long will Cherryvite keep?
Our high 68 Brix count, which is a measurement of soluble sugars and your assurance of highest quality, means that the storage life is unusually long.
Of course, as with all foods, you will want to take the usual precautions in handling and storage. Simply handle it the way you would other fruit juices and you will be well within the any limits of the product.
Cherryvite can be frozen.

How concentrated is Cherryvite?
Each bottle contains the juice of 3000 (three thousand) cherries. There are no additives, no sugar, nothing but pure juice.

How long does each bottle last?
Each bottle contains 946ml of concentrate. At a daily serving of 30ml, the bottle will last around 32 days (each bottle contains about one month’s supply, at the recommended daily serving).

How much should I drink?
Most customers are on a routine of drinking 30mls of concentrate with water each day. Some customers have several servings each day.
If taking capsules, 1 capsule per day or a maximum of 2 capsules.

How should I mix CherryVite concentrate?
CherryVite recommends a 1 part concentrate to 7 parts water mixture.
Simply pour a two-tablespoon (30ml) serving of concentrate into a half-pint glass and top up with water. Some customers add a splash of lemonade, ginger or some ice-cubes.
Our cherry juice is not only full of health-giving properties — it also tastes delicious! Delicious added neat to yogurt or ice-cream.

How should I store CherryVite?
CherryVite Concentrated Cherry Juice should be kept, opened or unopened, in the fridge or freezer to keep it at its best. It has a shelf life of around 12 months in the fridge and 18 months in the freezer.
The concentrate will not freeze in the freezer, but may sometimes crystallise a little – simply warm to room temperature to make it easy to pour again. Do not heat the juice this will destroy the antioxidants which support health.

Can CherryVite Support Cardiovascular Health?
The anthocyanins discovered in tart cherries may also help support artery health from the damage that leads to plaque build-up and may support a healthy heart.
In fact, the latest research shows that anthocyanins do a better job of protecting arteries than vitamins C and E.

Will the Cherryvite support joint mobility and comfort?
Studies have shown that it may support balanced blood levels of uric acid.

Can I take Cherryvite if I am Pregnant or Breastfeeding?
There is no reason to be concerned about taking Cherryvite during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The antioxidants also offer effective support for good health for your baby. There are absolutely no additives, no preservatives, no artificial sweeteners or added sugar, no colouring agents.
